We are currently seeking SME employers and employees who meet the following criteria:

SME Employers

• Employers/(owner-)managers with experience of staff pregnancy and employees becoming new parents in the past three years

SME Employees

• New mother and fathers (including same sex, single, adoptive parents and surrogates) who have returned from maternity/paternity/shared parental/adoption leave in the past 12 months
• Employees that would like to share their perceptions and experiences related to co-workers’ new parenthood and work
